To ensure the smooth running of the business across South Africa, in accordance with confidential document destruction policies and ensure the effective coordination of operational processes in order to deliver services as contractually agreed with clients. Advise on and manage the expansion of confidential document destruction service line in countries where the organisation has operations. This includes amongst many participation in acquisition of businesses that fits in the strategic intent.

The main purpose of this position is to come up with innovative products/services and pricing approaches through understanding customers’ requirements, helping customers succeed with solutions and assisting them in maximising their return on investment. The candidate will need to have a full technical, business and commercial understanding of the South African payments environment as well as use knowledge of global trends to deliver Payments Strategy.

Co-ordinates the activities of various factories in order to meet the profit, quality and service standards required. Ensures the efficient use of manpower equipment, and materials. Can include some sales.

A challenging opportunity exists for a General Manager. This position which is based in Vanderbijlpark, reports directly to the Operations Director.

Our client requires the skills of an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to mold and drive amongst other things its BBBEE strategy. This entails care taking of the Trust; driving SMME development programs and social responsibility initiatives as well as EE within the Company. This strategic role has the overall responsibility for the BBBEE scorecard and other Corporate Social Responsibility related projects. In addition the successful candidate must have a track record in managing similar types of projects and have operated at a middle to senior management level. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, project management, collaboration and communication skills, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders and partners, and demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities. Interpersonal & team skills, problem solving, decision making, influencing and meeting deadlines are key. Must be able to identify issues and drive corrective action, self-starter, motivated to excel and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work hard within the organization to promote culture of responsibility and market leadership, tackling new areas as per stakeholder request.

To actively achieve the strategic and tactical sales targets for the business. To build awareness in the market of the products and service offerings of the brand in order to maximise sales. To actively close major deals, and manage the sales teams, ensuring that sales plans and targets are met.

To develop and execute strategies, and ensure clear deliverables are communicated. This will be done through the design, implementation and monitoring of systems and processes to ensure the delivery of the outcomes necessary to meet the requirements of the organisation within the parameters of compliance with relevant legislation, and promoting sound corporate governance of the organisation.
