CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

To lead, manage and set the strategic vision of organisation Group that will enable it to achieve its stated financial and other strategic objectives. The CEO plans, directs, coordinates and accounts on implementation of activities at the highest level of management, with the contribution of a management team and employees. He/she will need to ensure that the Company is well positioned in the industry and amongst its stakeholders; and that a conducive environment is created in the organisation for employees to perform and grow. The CEO ensures that there is operational efficiency, quality service and implementation of projects and initiatives, cost-effective management of resources and sound people management. Provide effective support to the Board in discharging its oversight and governance role on the company and its subsidiaries.
