Business Unit Head
To oversee the execution of the category management function within the Business Unit.
Tasks
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Communicating strategy to HOD
- Reviewing economic model and financial objectives of the category
- Presenting customer switching boxes and decision tree to HOD
- Evaluating and validating SKU’s selected per switching box
- Signing off architecture of price ladder by category / sub category
- Validating promotional campaign
- Setting cycles for price ladder optimisation process
- Reviewing and signing off planograms
- Checks build-down and recovery plan
- Handling escalated supplier negotiations
- Reviewing joint supplier growth scorecard
- Conducting mock-up negotiation (role-play + FAQ training) (workshop)
- Overseeing ongoing negotiations
- Ensuring the human resources policies, procedures and practices are effectively implemented

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 7-11 yrs supplier/category management experience
