Our client requires the skills of an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to mold and drive amongst other things its BBBEE strategy. This entails care taking of the Trust; driving SMME development programs and social responsibility initiatives as well as EE within the Company. This strategic role has the overall responsibility for the BBBEE scorecard and other Corporate Social Responsibility related projects. In addition the successful candidate must have a track record in managing similar types of projects and have operated at a middle to senior management level. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, project management, collaboration and communication skills, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders and partners, and demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities. Interpersonal & team skills, problem solving, decision making, influencing and meeting deadlines are key. Must be able to identify issues and drive corrective action, self-starter, motivated to excel and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work hard within the organization to promote culture of responsibility and market leadership, tackling new areas as per stakeholder request.

The Section Engineer carrying a legal appointment in terms of MH&SA 2.13.1 is legally responsible for the safe installation, proper operation and maintenance of all machinery used in the operations. In addition, all the legal requirements of the Mines Health, Safety Act and the Minerals Act must be adhered to.
